DEMON KING PICCOLO. The half of the god and guardian of earth kami this rat bastard is the finale villain of the series and I loves this design. It screams 50s b movie alien via the way of anime. Also I guess he gets the last laugh as his son/reincarnation not only becomes one of the good guys but my second favorite character of the series.
Baby Gamera is what it says on the tin its clearly gamera but a baby version of it.
Vampires come in all flavors in Dragon balls earth, from bootleg darculas to bule skined fanged humans.

Devils/ Demons are the races of hell wich is a thing in dargon balls univsres .We latter see Hell in z But I cant rember if its the same hell these jabornis are form.
Spike the Devil man is a parody of the anime and manga hero devil man, not much to say beyond that.
Giran was one of goku's match ups in the world martial arts tournament and aparnelty comes form a hole people of dragon dinomen.
Octopoda is a gaint octopuss goku fought.

Shenron the enteral dragon hims self is a eastern inspired dargon combine with a macguiffin genie god who grants wishes. His desing is so good. I dont think he techinaly counts as a monster but what ever my blog, sorry.
Dose Emperor pilaf even count as a monster or as a starter villain? I mean hes some kinda weird bule gremlin man thing. Also his outfit always made me think of a clown. I think its the collar he wares.
Android 8 is a artificial robotic human that looks like the frakenstines monster and If memory serves me right wasnt all that evil. He was a gentle soul would not want to hurt any one. Goodboy/10
